Date unknownI've had this realtor twice now. In both cases, arrogant and unprofessional. During the viewing with the building inspector, the realtor didn't even know where the crawl space hatch was to take a look under the floor (he first had to call the seller for that). During the inspection, the realtor tried to dismiss all the defects we observed on the spot with flimsy justifications and excuses. As icing on the cake, the realtor also lost his composure and started an extremely unprofessional discussion. Our experience with this firm: - quick (easy to understand) talk - only friendly until the purchase is complete - incompetent and lazy - arrogant We also noticed that this realtor sold a house for a client to a friend, and there was every appearance of dealing with inside information for this friend.

After a pleasant welcome meeting with an attractive commission offer, we immediately chose Margadant and cancelled the other real estate agents. We have not regretted that. Despite it being vacation time, meaning we dealt with three different real estate agents, we experienced the sales guidance as pleasant. All three agents were well-informed, the handover between them went smoothly, and we received useful tips during the bidding process. Definitely recommended!

Date unknownPlease note, this company takes legal action when you as a customer are not satisfied with their services and give them a low score. I have now received 2 letters from DAS legal assistance in which I am being aggressively and urgently requested to remove my experience with Voerman en Greve. These letters are being sent to my new address. An address that is actually only supposed to be used for transfers is now being used for legal matters. A pity, while it could be different. I will therefore not remove this review and will certainly not be intimidated. Background information: We entered into a partnership with Voerman en Greve in 2012. At first glance, it seemed good. However, we ourselves suggested to take better photos for the sale, focus on a lower asking price, etcetera. In my opinion, this was one-way traffic and not proactive from the real estate agent. Ultimately, I sold the house myself through an exchange transaction. Because Voerman en Greve were still our real estate agent, they wanted to see the full brokerage fee. That was allowed and was agreed upon anyway. However, we heard shortly before the transfer that our real estate agent would not be present but another real estate agent from Voerman en Greve. This man came in and congratulated us on purchasing the house. This was the house that we had put up for sale at the request of Voerman en Greve. This was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. During the transfer with the notary, he only wanted to know if the brokerage fee would be transferred. He quickly left afterwards without a word. Due to these points, I am of the opinion that Voerman en Greve deserves 1 star from me.

Date unknownMy assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.
