Helaas werden we tijdens het telefoongesprek vooral benaderd met informatie over hypotheken, terwijl we op dat moment alleen een bezichtiging wilden plannen. Ook kregen we de indruk dat er weinig moeite werd gedaan om ons vriendelijk te woord te staan. Dit voelde voor ons niet klantgericht, en daarom hebben we besloten af te zien van verdere stappen. Jammer, want we waren serieus geïnteresseerd.
