What a great help we had from vind makelaardij. We were well helped and guided in the purchase of our new house. This had to be done at a rapid pace. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

I didn't feel that I was the focus as a customer. Many sloppy mistakes in the draft brochure and the transfer date was agreed with the buyer instead of me as the seller. Selling a house is not something you do often. I would think carefully about who is allowed to do it.

The last 2 months have been very pleasantly and professionally guided by Laura during the sale of our house. Appointments were meticulously kept, there was constant brainstorming with our ideas from an advisory role, and things were quickly switched. Thanks to the guidance of StartpuntWonen, we did not experience any stress at all, despite the fact that selling a house involves a lot of paperwork. Recently, together with my girlfriend, as first-time buyers, we purchased our first home through Startpunt Wonen. We are certainly grateful to Startpunt Wonen for the good help. As first-time buyers, everything was new and we had a lot of questions. The real estate agent was available for us 24/7 and put in a lot of energy. We are very grateful to the real estate agent for this. Everything is neatly arranged for you and the communication is clear and concise. We also found our mortgage advisor through Startpunt Wonen, which we liked very much. All in all, we are very satisfied with Startpunt Wonen, especially the energy they put into helping and informing us as buyers. The given five stars are well deserved!

I enabled Startpunt Wonen for the purchase of my home, which was being sold by another real estate agent. Without them, I wouldn't have gotten this house. There was a lot of uncertainty and poor communication from the selling real estate agent. Here, Startpunt Wonen provided good support and helped me well. I notice that Startpunt Wonen is familiar with today's housing market and the region where searching needed to take place. They provided me with good advice. Twice a day of viewing appointment cancelled in advance, never experienced such a bizarre situation!!!

Dear Sander, it’s a shame you had so much bad luck scheduling the viewing. I did understand from my colleagues that they unfortunately had to cancel the viewing twice. It appears to have been an exceptional combination of circumstances. After your viewing was scheduled, agreement was reached on a submitted offer and the viewing was cancelled. Unfortunately, this offer was withdrawn within the reconsideration period, allowing my colleague to still give you the opportunity to view the property. Your agenda only had room for a viewing at the end of the week, so other viewings took place in the meantime. Another offer was also made and accepted by the seller. Unfortunately, we therefore had to cancel your viewing again. We certainly haven’t forgotten you and will contact you when we receive a similar offering in mediation.
