Het eerste gesprek verliep prima, we hadden hoge verwachtingen. Hierna ging het minder, we moesten zelf steeds contact opnemen, zelf een plan bedenken toen de verkoop niet liep zoals verhoopt, we kregen van de kopers te horen dat de makelaar tijdens de bezichting niks van de woning wist, bij de overdracht liep de makelaar niet even mee een rondje door het huis, makelaar casual gekleed in spijkerbroek en t-shirt.

Vorig jaar besloten we een huis te kopen. We kregen geen bezichtigingen, stonden altijd op de wachtlijst en werden niet gebeld. Toen ontmoetten we Ricky Groot. Zij gaf ons wat tips en we besloten om met Hoekstra & van Eck samen te werken om de juiste woning te vinden. Daarna konden we een aantal huizen bezichtigen en Ricky legde elke stap van het proces uit. Ze is zeer deskundig en kent Almere erg goed, dus ze was een grote hulp bij het bepalen of een huis de moeite waard was om op te bieden en hoeveel we moesten bieden.
