Ver-Huis makelaars raad ik iedereen aan. Jasper heeft ons goed geholpen en is zelfs tijdens zijn vakantie bereikbaar. Maar ook zijn collega Robin kan je dan goed helpen. De kennismaking was snel gepland en verliep heel prettig, het klikte gelijk. We zochten een aankoopmakelaar maar hebben uiteindelijk toch een huis gevonden in een andere regio. Toen ik Jasper hierover belde, bracht hij mij in contact met een bekende makelaar uit de regio waar ons huis staat. En dankzij hem werd het bod geaccepteerd!! The realtor put my elderly parents under pressure with the message that they would end up at the bottom of the list again if they didn't accept the rental apartment. Promised in black and white that defects would be resolved within 4 weeks and completely withdrew his hand when the ink was still wet, referring to the rental company Eresm for which he acts as an intermediary. Don't fall for it! Zero support and defects are still far from being resolved after almost 1.5 years.

Enkele maanden voorafgaand aan het te koop zetten van de woning advies bij hun gevraagd. Goed advies en service geheel zonder kosten. De reden om de woning door hun te laten verkopen. Goede afstemming, zij hebben mij echt ontzorgd. Woning snel en soepel verkocht. Zou deze makelaar zeker aanbevelen!

Onlangs ons huis binnen no-time verkocht door Mike. Het eerste gesprek hadden we met Serge en je weet meteen waar je aan toe bent, geen verrassingen achteraf. Door de manier van aankondigen was er zelfs al een eerste kijkafspraak voordat het huis op Funda stond. We hebben de duidelijke communicatie over alles wat er tijdens de bezichtigingen gebeurde als erg prettig ervaren. Het verkopen van een huis is best spannend, maar door dit soort dingen krijg je al snel vertrouwen dat het goed komt. We hadden Serge eerder al eens meegemaakt bij een bezichtiging en ook dat voelde meteen prettig. Niet opdringerig, duidelijke uitleg, gewoon fijn. Kortom, een dikke aanrader!

Well,…and then when the time comes to go and create new memories in a beautiful spot, the old house still needs to be sold. After living here together for 100 years (slightly exaggerated😉) on the Island, you pretty much know all the real estate agents. Alwin distinguishes himself because he has a pleasant and approachable personality and doesn't charge exorbitant brokerage fees. Just nice doing business with this man! Last but not least,… When I asked Alwin if he would like to do something for KiKa (for which I am an ambassador) when I gave him the assignment, he didn’t hesitate for a second. Up, no words but actions with Alwin! Shortly after, the donation became a reality! Team from Alphen, thank you!

Had to make an appointment 3 times for a viewing, then viewed the house and made an offer, we were told that the owner would consider it and get back to us. Our bid remained in our move account. After a week, the bid was increased and we called again. We were told that another bid had been placed and accepted. It's not nice not to inform us about this and we feel like we were being strung along, so no, not a pleasant experience when you constantly have to call the ladies.

Someone indicated: the Dames real estate agency is really good to sell your house. We looked at their website and it appealed to us very much.
