17 Dec 2024Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. We quickly found a house (with some luck too) and everything else went smoothly, very nice. Definitely recommended!

Communication mostly takes place via WhatsApp, which we experienced as very pleasant. After a viewing, we quickly received feedback on how it went, and during the negotiation, we were kept well informed. The administrative handling also proceeded quickly and smoothly. I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. No response so far. I really don't know what to think of this! Update: After the phone call. Probably a problem with the functionality of their website, so no response. Remmie has years of experience as a real estate agent and appraiser in the local housing market of Utrecht. Not a slick, quick young man, but an involved real estate agent with a positive factor. When it initially didn't go smoothly, Remmie helped keep his head cool. With some patience, and some strategic adjustments to how the property was put on the market, it was still sold quite quickly and for a good amount. Thanks to his good advice and guidance, I have more than earned back the costs of his services. If I ever needed a real estate agent again in the Utrecht region, I would call Remmie.

Ultimately, our house was sold well above the expected price. After this successful sales process, I started looking for a new apartment. Date unknownTerrible experience with this real estate agency. I was interested in a property that Reinerie put up for sale in IJsselstein. After an offer and then a higher offer, I was called by my purchasing agent. Congratulations, the bid has been accepted, the house is yours. Subsequently, everything was set in motion at the bank for financing. Then, after a few days, I was called back. Unfortunately, the party is off; a higher bid came in. Well, I wasn't up for this kind of games, you can figure it out yourself. Everyone is warned. Don’t cheer too early if this broker calls you with the message: congratulations, your offer on our client's property has been accepted. Don't fall for it! Additionally (after response from Reinerie): It's remarkable that Reinerie blames my purchasing agent, but that says everything about this real estate agency. Now I already knew that a verbal agreement is not legally binding. I don’t need a purchasing agent for that. So now I am to blame? So I shouldn’t have told my children, family and friends the good news yet? It seems to me this is about 'decency' and 'professionalism', and not about the ruling of the Supreme Court of December 9, 2011. Our purchasing agent has indicated that they rarely experience this. The task of a selling broker - as a professional party - is now precisely to avoid these kinds of unpleasant issues. After all, it’s not a Marketplace sale of an old sofa. With a lot of interest in a property, a 'sale by tender' is better for all parties involved. Reinerie has also broken their own glasses (and that of the client), because I had no desire to negotiate further. And I am leaving other properties from Reinerie on Funda alone.

They have proven this in every way! The app they use provides a direct line where you can easily ask each other questions. It's great that during the viewing days, a report was always written.. Once again a pleasant company and I can recommend it to everyone!
