So then, after consultation (regarding business matters), Menne Kamp was brought in. This man takes all negotiations off your hands. This resulted in a lower purchase price than we had in mind. What I found particularly pleasant is that they work on a first come, first serve basis. This meant that after a long period of searching, I finally had the chance to get a home, without complicated or unfair selection procedures. The contact with Wessel was excellent.
