08 Nov 2024After having 4 real estate agents visit for an intake interview, Mandy from Laan20 came by, whom we knew from her previous job at Wijzer Wonen. She also advised and assisted us well there with the rental of property. We immediately decided to work with Mandy and have her sell our house. After an intensive photo session and preparing the presentation, it went online. Her involvement, advice, and guidance were perfect. We expected 6-10 months to sell the house. In less than 7 weeks, it was sold. The settlement, the contact she made with the buyers, and the collaboration were incredible. A big compliment for Mandy. Who as of 01/11/24 has become the sole owner of Laan20. Her back office is handled by Petra which functions super well. Thank you for the pleasant period that we were able to work together and the successful completion hereof. Almost hit the mark with the first house, but for the second, Tom had it arranged on the day of the viewing and also quite a bit below the asking price!! That's something we didn't expect in this market. Can’t do anything other than recommend him as a (purchase) broker. Thanks again, Tom, Silvain & Linda 👍👍 PS Think twice if you are referred to Andre Feijs for finances. Only had misery and problems here that I did not resolve thanks to them. Nice story but total amateurs.

02 Jun 2025We had asked Tom for an appraisal of our home. Tom gives open and honest advice with a personal approach. He has a good understanding of things and knows how to assess the property's value correctly. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A breath of fresh air compared to real estate agents from other (large) agencies we had. There you are customer number . They deliver no more than assembly line work with a universal view. They release a formula without looking at the surroundings, location, etc. Everything is focused on selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That is different with Tom. He takes all the time for his clients and does that extra bit that others leave behind. We can only wholeheartedly recommend Tom!!

Once my keys broke (yes, I have that kind of luck), and without hesitation Said took on the responsibility to personally resolve the issue, which saved me a lot of stress. No hassle, no eye-rolling – just pure landlord magic. There were also moments when he offered a helping hand when it wasn't necessary, which only proves that he is one of those rare finds in the rental world. And they also have that incredible ability to respect your privacy and at the same time be approachable. It’s as if they have an invisible tenant radar – always around when you need them, but never around. The property was always in good condition, communication flowed effortlessly, and the whole experience made renting a breeze. If I weren't moving, I would still happily stay there. Five stars aren't enough – can we give out landlord trophies?

Although they were the selling party, everything was approached with such integrity. That's why 13 years later we also chose Dionne Real Estate for the sale of the house that they had sold to us back then and immediately for the purchase of another house. Thanks to Dionne Real Estate our house was already sold before it even went on the market and we found our lovely house on the hill in Gulpen. Dionne, Marijke and Esther, although you were only with us briefly, thank you for the pleasant, reliable and especially enjoyable cooperation. We always felt that you were there for us.
