18 Jun 2025From the very first contact moment, it felt right with Moreno Joosten Makelaardij. The entire team was incredibly friendly, clear in communication and especially approachable. We immediately had the feeling that we were in good hands. In advance, we mainly hoped for a smooth course of the sale, good guidance and realistic expectations. Those expectations were not only met, but even exceeded. What particularly stood out was the commitment of the entire team: everyone knew where we stood in the process and we always received quick answers to our questions, no matter how small or large. What really impressed us was the professional way in which the property was brought to market. The presentation was taken care of down to the last detail – beautiful photos, a strong description and a strategy that worked. In no time there were multiple viewings and ultimately the house was sold faster and for a better price than we had dared to hope. As far as we are concerned, Moreno Joosten Makelaardij truly distinguishes itself through their personal approach! We look back on the entire process with a very good feeling and can wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable and committed real estate agent.

Very quickly, a teaser went live via social media as an announcement that the sale would start. The advice to use a stylist made all the difference and the house was sold quickly.
