She assessed the house and on September 3rd, the house was listed for sale on Funda with perfect text and beautiful photos. There were many viewings and offers. On September 19th, the house was already sold!!! Really that fast.!!! Amazing! VHA real estate agents are skilled, provide good guidance, are helpful and friendly, also by phone and at the office. 24 Aug 2025Recently, Assink Makelaars sold our 'family home' in Doorwerth for us, following a good experience with the sale of another family home in Rozendaal. Despite Doorwerth being slightly outside their 'normal' working area and the house having some challenges (which is more common with family homes: little maintenance and updates have been done over the past 20 years), they still determined a good strategy / plan of action through thorough consultations, which took a lot off our hands... and the house was sold quickly at a good price. Thank you for the excellent service (help with cleaning, inspections, etc.) and the very pleasant contact.
