Not everyone in the real estate profession is equally neat and some don't take ethics so seriously. Heemskerk, they do have ethics high on the agenda. Three keywords: pleasant, expert and reliable.

Thoughtful and proactive throughout the process, approaching things in a very low-threshold manner. Critical towards the other party and precise in evaluating the offered real estate as well as the documentation during the buying process. Can sometimes be overwhelming due to the flood of information coming your way, but that doesn't make the collaboration any less pleasant.

Such a personal approach and empathetic real estate agent you don't come across very often. He is straightforward, transparent, and discusses everything with you so that you really feel involved. Dennis has accompanied us both in the purchase as well as in the sale. When purchasing, Dennis thought along with us about possible options of the house and took action at the right moment. He outlined a realistic scenario and estimated the purchase price fantastically well, so that we were able to acquire the house. When selling, the photos and floor plans were fantastic. After we had already viewed the house ourselves, Dennis was able to quickly fly in for the second viewing after a pleasant and personal introductory meeting and helped us with advice and action, so that we ultimately purchased our new place within a week of searching! Always easily accessible for questions, critical and proactive. Even after the purchase, Dennis is helpful and likes to think along about things like contractors etc. Definitely recommended to hire him if you want to buy a house in the region!

After an extensive phone call, we decided to schedule a viewing and then get to know each other better. Here we were incredibly surprised; the professional, neat but above all honest attitude that Dennis has gave us complete confidence. 04 Oct 2025Be aware of your deposit when renting through this agency. After almost three years of renting with Finke, I received a final inspection where a 10cm long scratch was noted. The inspector indicated that everything was in order and gave the impression that the tenancy had ended well. No instruction was given to me to remove this scratch before the end of the month. A week after the end of my rental period, I found out that all walls were repainted at a cost of 1500 euros, which came directly from my deposit. I disagreed with this - I could have painted it myself for 20 euros - and took it to court, where I was given the right side. I got my deposit back.
