He is quickly able to switch gears and arrange things for the client. The purchase of my new home in Amsterdam went very quickly and smoothly. 16 Dec 2024Piet Warmerdam Makelaardij heeft de verkoop van onze woning snel en goed geregeld. Na ons eerste gesprek zijn binnen 1 week de foto’s en verkoopteksten gemaakt. Ook werd een keuring voor het energielabel geregeld. En tijdens onze vakantie hebben alle eerste bezichtigingen plaatsgevonden. Elke dag kregen we een telefonische terugkoppeling. Ook tijdens het biedingsproces zijn we goed begeleid. Ons huis is met veel enthousiasme vanuit Warmerdam verkocht. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de begeleiding, snelheid, zorgvuldigheid en het uiteindelijke verkoopbedrag. Als we nog eens een woning gaan verkopen dan schakelen we zeker warmerdam weer in!

11 Feb 2025Wij bevelen Wouter van harte aan als aankoopmakelaar. Wouter heeft vakkundig met ons meegedacht vanaf de oriëntatie en onderhandelingsstrategie tot aan de sleuteloverdracht. Hij regelt alles en ziet daarbij niets over het hoofd. We werden echt ‘ontzorgd’ in het aankooptraject. Daarbij is Wouter zakelijk waar nodig maar vooral ook uiterst sympathiek en altijd goed gehumeurd. Hij reageerde altijd snel als we weer een vraag hadden. Inmiddels zijn we trotse bezitters van een appartement in hartje Amsterdam en kijken met een erg positief gevoel terug op het hele aankooptraject. Wij hadden een superfijne aankoopervaring onder begeleiding van WvD Makelaardij!

Had some problems with the new apartment, according to real estate agents it was a short circuit that would be resolved within a few hours (took much longer), had to contact them multiple times to get it resolved. Edit: it's now 5 months since I moved into this apartment and I still don't have a working intercom (opened a ticket in week 2)

Now we received a house through inheritance and because there was a desire to possibly renovate and rent it out, we contacted Ferenc again. From the very first conversation, the contact was very pleasant; they really thought along with us about the possibilities and impossibilities of the property. When the decision was ultimately made to sell the house, Ferenc and Marloes truly took everything out of our hands. Frequent and clear communication occurred via Whatsapp regarding viewings and appointments. Whenever something needed to be done, Ferenc's response was almost always: 'Don't worry, I'll take care of it!'. Hier zijn enkele punten die het vermelden waard zijn: + Toegankelijk, communicatief en geduldig, zelfs tijdens meerdere biedingsrondes. + Nam de tijd om alle vragen te beantwoorden, hoe groot of klein ook. + Duidelijke Engelse communicatie - handig voor expats. - Lichte vertraging in reacties tegen het einde, waarschijnlijk vanwege een drukke periode, maar de algehele impact was minimaal. Over het algemeen een behulpzame en professionele ervaring. Een echte aanrader!
