The availability was excellent and Bram always took the time to explain everything calmly, even outside of office hours when necessary. Also, during the moments that became tense, he maintained confidence in a positive outcome, which we greatly appreciated. Also, the rest of the team who conducted the viewings, we would like to thank. All appointments were properly followed up on and we felt well guided throughout the entire process. Both very social. We were guided by Matthieu (is a top) from the mortgage conversation up to making offers and the final purchase of the house. He gave us a lot of tips and tricks. The nice thing is everything was explained from A to Z in an easy way and arranged. So also the insurances where Yvette has helped us, she also helped us well.
