We are now 9 months further on and have bought our current home at the beginning of February and sold our then-home at the end of February. Froukje is truly a very kind and warm person. She was very involved during the process, took good account of our wishes and needs, and was also honest with us. Which we really appreciated. The communication also ran very smoothly. Monique toonde een uitzonderlijk niveau van professionaliteit, expertise en toewijding gedurende het hele proces. Wat haar echt onderscheidde, was haar toewijding om mijn specifieke behoeften en voorkeuren te begrijpen. Ze nam de tijd om aandachtig naar mijn wensen te luisteren en gaf persoonlijke aanbevelingen die perfect aansloten bij mijn criteria. Een van de meest opvallende kwaliteiten van Monique was haar uitgebreide kennis van de vastgoedmarkt. Ze gaf waardevolle inzichten in verschillende buurten, markttrends en woningwaarden, waardoor ik de informatie kreeg die ik nodig had om weloverwogen beslissingen te nemen. The entire process, from the first visit for the purpose of providing an appraisal and offer to the inspection together with the buyers just before the transfer at the notary’s office, ran smoothly. You are kept well informed every time and everything is checked threefold. The property valuation was realistic and the brokerage fee is market conform. What clearly distinguishes her from other real estate agents is that you really are taken the time for as a seller but also certainly for potential buyers. Not just a quick tour of the house, but there is truly personal attention, you really take the time and think along. The sales process went well and the expectations that were discussed were fulfilled. Twan responded quickly when there was a need for consultation and did what you expect from a real estate agent. We arrived as agreed for a viewing and the real estate agent didn't even come inside! He stayed outside chatting with another potential buyer. The bidding process was very unusual and not transparent, causing you to miss out on potential buyers.

Het contact was erg prettig en tijdens de onderhandeling wordt de verkoper aan de hand meegenomen, maar blijft wel zelf in de lead (in samenspraak met Clavem) om tot een goed resultaat te komen. Ze hebben zich helemaal aan alle vooraf gemaakte afspraken gehouden en komen heel professioneel over met de nodige enthousiasme.
