Upon arrival, it turned out that no one was present and we were informed by phone that there was a communication error and that the apartment had already been rented! I advise against it.

We are now 9 months further on and have bought our current home at the beginning of February and sold our then-home at the end of February. Froukje is truly a very kind and warm person. The sales process went well and the expectations that were discussed were fulfilled. Twan responded quickly when there was a need for consultation and did what you expect from a real estate agent. In my case, the property to be sold was not near Tilburg, it didn't give me any impression at all that this was a limitation. Despite the distance, Twan was always willing to accommodate potential buyers for a tour of the house. After the viewing, honest feedback on how the viewing and proactive attitude towards potential buyers went. Highly recommended to sell the property together with this real estate agent

We arrived as agreed for a viewing and the real estate agent didn't even come inside! He stayed outside chatting with another potential buyer.
