06 Apr 2025Wij zijn erg tevreden over onze taxateur. Hij nam onze zorgen serieus en wist met heldere uitleg direct duidelijkheid te verschaffen. Wat we erg prettig vonden, is dat hij meteen tijd voor ons maakte en bereikbaar was wanneer wij vragen hadden. Zijn enthousiasme en professionele aanpak maakte het hele proces een stuk minder stressvol. Zeker een aanrader voor wie waarde hecht aan duidelijke communicatie en persoonlijke aandacht.

20 Nov 2024Zeer vlot geholpen door André. In ongeveer een week tijd vrijwel alles geregeld, dus van het eerste contact tot het afronden van de taxatie. Daarbij is het werk netjes uitgevoerd en de communicatie was zeer prettig. Absoluut een aan te raden makelaar/taxateur!

En dat is totaal niet het gevolg van een maximale verkoopprijs, maar wel het verkrijgen van de maximale reeele verkoopprijs. Goed voor iedereen en dat geeft rust voor mij als verkoper, maar ook een goed gevoel bij de koper. Dit pand is verkocht aan een jongeman, wiens ouders in de buurt wonen. In dit geval kocht een vrouw dit appartement die ik dat heel graag gunde agv haar omstandigheden. Ik kreeg daarna een hoger bod, maar dat is op zich nog geen beter bod.
