De bezichtigingen verliepen soepel dankzij Gerald en Jeroen die met oprechte interesse echt wilde weten wat onze wensen waren. Beide zeer sociaal. We werden begeleid door Matthieu(is een toppertje) van het hypotheekgesprek tot aan het doen van biedingen en de uiteindelijke koop van het huis. Hij gaf ons veel tips en tricks. Het fijne is alles werd van a tot z uitgelegd op een laagdrempelige manier en geregeld. Zo ook de verzekeringen waar Yvette ons heeft geholpen, ook die heeft ons goed geholpen. Wat wij vooral waarderen is de oude, maar zeldzame mentaliteit: de klant staat écht op nummer 1, en niets is te gek. Veel bedrijven zouden hier een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen!

Unfortunately, after-sales service regarding hidden defects has fallen short and there was no response, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Even if the points we mentioned will not be addressed, a response would still be sufficient :).

The sale was not standard, so Woonkoppel real estate agency helped me in their network with an energy label (quickly and with a discount), legal adjustments to the contract, and we could simply FaceTime because I unfortunately couldn't be present at the transfer.

Mike Zeedijk took all the time to view our house, no rush at all. The asking price was discussed over a cup of coffee and it fit exactly as my wife and I had in mind.
