Wij hebben hem in het verkoopproces leren kennen als een makelaar met veel kennis en ervaring van de woningmarkt is oprecht / betrouwbaar /recht door zee en geeft goede adviezen en hij biedt mooie keuzepakketten aan om de woning onder de aandacht te brengen bij potentiële kopers. Hij communiceert met korte lijnen en persoonlijke aandacht. Hij is alert op veranderingen in het proces en reageert daar zeer snel op. Na de bezichtigingen geeft hij duidelijk en gemotiveerd zijn ervaringen aan die hij heeft met de kijkers en adviseert hoe verder te gaan. Unskilled, unprofessional, and untransparent realtor. 1 star is still too much for this party. The day before yesterday, we had a very unpleasant experience with Eva Hoek, realtor at van Ekeren and Kuiper Culemborg. At 3:47 PM, we submitted an offer, and the bidding was to close at 4:00 PM. At 4:11 PM, I was called to say that we had the winning bid and that the house was ours. An hour later, I was called again with the message that someone else had still managed to submit another, higher bid precisely at 4:00 PM, with the offer coming in via email and through a different email address. Quite a very strange coincidence indeed. Incidentally, it is also odd that as a realtor you don't properly check your mailbox at 4:00 PM and before making people happy who have been searching for a home to buy for half a year. In short: be warned about this kind of practice because your highest bid is now worth nothing with the closing time of the bids.

We are incredibly grateful for the guidance of Sylvia from Mutters Makelaars during the sale of our house. Our situation was quite unique: the house had to be sold while we were already living in America. During our short stay in the Netherlands preceding the sale, Sylvia – together with Manuela at the office – fantastically helped us. They truly guided us through the entire process. Not only professionally, but also with all sorts of practical matters that you would normally do yourself if you were in the Netherlands: arranging the appointment with the notary, helping with cleaning the last rooms in the house, explaining all legal terms (many of which were quite unfamiliar to us after 25 years outside the Netherlands), and even helping to remove the last belongings from the property. Sylvia and Manuela were always available, thought along with us and gave us the feeling that we could fully trust them – and that proved to be true. They were a tremendous support in a situation that otherwise could have been quite stressful. Absolutely top! We can wholeheartedly recommend Sylvia and the team of Mutters Makelaars!
