I had a viewing scheduled at this Amsterdam real estate office, but I switched the time - my mistake. The agent, Misha, called me; I explained that I could arrive within 45-60 minutes. Instead of offering a simple new appointment, his communication was unnecessarily rude. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while, and professionalism is important in a customer-oriented role. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with Misha. But to be honest, other agents from the office might do well.
