She quickly comes up with good ideas and a campaign plan, but you can of course set the pace yourself. A lot of attention is paid to the presentation of the property. Very good photos and a video presentation were created. Everything was returned for review. The communication was excellent. The buyers of my apartment were so enthusiastic about Pit Makelaars that they were allowed to sell their house too! All in all, highly recommended.

A strong point was the clear and concise way of explaining what all is involved in the sale, how the approach is. The statistics she could present about the number of home seekers looking for a specific type of property. And how things went with certain properties regarding the selling price. Very skilled. I did not expect the beautiful brochure and business card to be so nice and complete. Likewise, the extensive advertisement on funda, with the 360-degree photos and an eye-catching video. Then finally, the contact with the other employees of the office, personal and enthusiastic. Actually, nothing is too much for them. What's a shame is that above each star there should still be a crown.

Before I started my adventure, I visited many other agencies to find the best one that suited my needs, and with OZQUR I found by far the best. Everything went super smoothly, they helped me everywhere and it was super practical to arrange everything myself because the process went much faster than I expected. Yucel was my realtor, he is such a nice man and his technical knowledge about houses is incredible. He sees every small detail and always gives you a rational opinion, without pushing or influencing you. His connections also helped enormously and always gave very good advice on the bidding process. The mortgage advisor Ünsal also explained the process perfectly and acted immediately after winning a bid to apply for the mortgage before interest rates rose.
