Although we ultimately are not going to buy the house, we still wanted to leave a positive review. Danish was friendly from the first moment, warm and genuinely enthusiastic about the viewing. She took ample time for us, gave us valuable information and was able to answer all our questions, even the difficult ones. And that is special, because nowadays you unfortunately often notice that real estate agents drop out as soon as it gets complicated. With Danish, that was absolutely not the case. She was professional, knowledgeable, loving and made the viewing not only informative but also just plain fun. A real breath of fresh air among all the real estate agents we have had so far.

Living room is fine in terms of size, but the floor isn't to our taste. The small bedroom is difficult in terms of dimensions. The kitchen also needs to be completely renewed. Before I started my adventure, I visited many other agencies to find the best one that suited my needs, and with OZQUR I found by far the best. Everything went super smoothly, they helped me everywhere and it was super practical to arrange everything myself because the process went much faster than I expected. Yucel was my realtor, he is such a nice man and his technical knowledge about houses is incredible. He sees every small detail and always gives you a rational opinion, without pushing or influencing you. His connections also helped enormously and always gave very good advice on the bidding process. The mortgage advisor Ünsal also explained the process perfectly and acted immediately after winning a bid to apply for the mortgage before interest rates rose. All in all, I am more than 100% satisfied with the service they provided!

Their legal knowledge seems to come straight out of guesswork, and communication disappears the moment money needs to be refunded. As soon as a problem arises that goes beyond simply passing paperwork around, they withdraw and you are on your own. Communication stops, responsibility disappears. Their knowledge of the law and regulations within their own industry is deplorable. An organization that presents itself professionally, but in reality operates at an amateur level.

After signing, it turned out that: 1) promised compensations and repayments were not carried out, 2) multiple emails and phone calls remained unanswered for months, and 3) correct documentation was not provided despite repeated requests. This negligence has forced us to consider additional legal actions. Work exclusively with offices that document their agreements in writing and communicate promptly.
