We tried for 2 weeks to get in contact with the relevant estate agent (owner) who handles the sale, called multiple times with the promise of a callback but this never happened. Now we are told that the plot is under option and we haven't been given a chance to make an offer, particularly regrettable.

Ultimately, due to vacation complications, we were unable to help each other further, (circumstances beyond our control unfortunately), but we will not forget their willingness and commitment! Date unknownNicolien is very friendly but otherwise the communication with the office was a bit poor. There is 1 office employee responsible for houses in Germany and they are only available once a day, which meant I sometimes had to wait a long time for an answer. After discussing this, the problem was understood and they will ensure that at least responses are provided. A message saying 'the employee who handles this will reply tomorrow' is already 100 times better than no response
