08 Feb 2025With the sale of my mother's house. Let three real estate agents come by informally to give their explanation. This agent stood out above the other two. A strong point was the clear and concise way of explaining what all is involved in the sale, how the approach is. The statistics she could present about the number of home seekers looking for a specific type of property. And how things went with certain properties regarding the selling price. Very skilled. I did not expect the beautiful brochure and business card to be so nice and complete. Likewise, the extensive advertisement on funda, with the 360-degree photos and an eye-catching video. Then finally, the contact with the other employees of the office, personal and enthusiastic. Actually, nothing is too much for them. What's a shame is that above each star there should still be a crown.

05 Oct 2025We got a good impression of the apartment and what it means to us. The bathroom and toilet are really the eye-catcher. Living room is fine in terms of size, but the floor isn't to our taste. The small bedroom is difficult in terms of dimensions. The kitchen also needs to be completely renewed. We were further shown around very well by Danish Wouters.

12 Oct 2025Important to know: this is NOT a full-fledged real estate agency, but merely an intermediary that has little legal significance. As soon as a problem arises that goes beyond simply passing paperwork around, they withdraw and you are on your own. Communication stops, responsibility disappears. Their knowledge of the law and regulations within their own industry is deplorable. An organization that presents itself professionally, but in reality operates at an amateur level.

After signing, it turned out that: 1) promised compensations and repayments were not carried out, 2) multiple emails and phone calls remained unanswered for months, and 3) correct documentation was not provided despite repeated requests. This negligence has forced us to consider additional legal actions. Work exclusively with offices that document their agreements in writing and communicate promptly.
