The only downside is that the plot size differed from the photos: that part was rented from the municipality and was not part of the purchase. I only discovered this myself after making a bid, and that's sloppy - both from the selling agent who did not mention it, as well as the buying agent who did not investigate this beforehand. Emails you send are forgotten to be read and answered. Promising to call back doesn't happen either. The only thing they are quick with is getting a signature for the invoice. If you are moving to Germany, do not use this real estate agent.
