And when it also turned out that a new realtor had to do everything for me, things got even worse. Coming too often late while potential buyers wait, forcing me to let them in myself. And that's not about waiting 5 minutes. A sign in the garden would be discussed and I received no response. Then I was called later to ask if the sign had been removed.

Emails you send are forgotten to be read and answered. Promising to call back doesn't happen either. The only thing they are quick with is getting a signature for the invoice. If you are moving to Germany, do not use this real estate agent.
