He was also not honest about the situation of the house and the state of affairs. During a mortgage conversation it seemed like you could borrow a lot, but when making an offer other stories came up suddenly. It felt especially like he wanted to convince people to make an offer they would later regret. I would not recommend anyone to get involved with him.

06 Oct 2025We recently viewed a property through this real estate agency and made an offer. Unfortunately, we experienced the entire process as unprofessional, unreliable, and not transparent. During the viewing, hardly any information was provided, except when we ourselves asked questions. Also, statements were made such as “just have confidence in it” and “it looks positive”, which created expectations that were not met. Furthermore, it turned out much later that it was a business property. Information that, in our opinion, should have been available from the beginning. The communication was messy: appointments to call back were not kept, documents were shared way too late, and we were constantly put on hold. All in all, we experienced the process as particularly disappointing and strongly advise against this real estate agency.

I was assigned a new build home, and because I made a mistake with the appointment date, I suddenly hear the next day that I've lost the new build home! Where is all the reasonableness and fairness in this time, absolutely no eye for the person. This realtor can’t even wait one day and has already assigned my property to someone else.. ugh so bad
