Moreno knows which houses are the hot properties and which ones require a more cautious approach. He adapts the bidding strategy accordingly, of course everything in consultation with you. Incredibly exciting, but he was absolutely right! He protects you from bids that a property isn't worth. After we had purchased our dream home, we didn’t have to think about who would sell our 'old' house: Moreno! That also went super well. But why Moreno and his team and not another real estate agent? Simply because you get genuinely honest advice in your interest from them. They are involved, know what your wishes are and act accordingly. 19 Oct 2024What good service this real estate agency provides. In my search for a house, I approached them to brainstorm and advise on the purchase. I received an expert and especially friendly approach right away! I felt like a customer again instead of a number (as I have experienced with many real estate agents during my home search). Fortunately, there is still a realtor who, even in this overheated market, puts the customer first and (not entirely unimportant) their commitment leads to a good result.

19 Oct 2024As a potential buyer, I was very dissatisfied with the real estate agent. It turned out that he acted too unreliable and unprofessional for me to want to enter into a deal with him. It's perfectly fine (a shame) when a deal doesn't work out because the interests are too far apart, but here it went wrong differently. Possibly the specific seller also plays a role in this, but the real estate agent is obliged to act fairly, transparently and respectfully (NVM code of conduct) and that is not how we experienced it. 1. Unreasonable objection clauses (asbestos, as-is, where-is, age, non-self-occupancy and more) which are written in such a way that several experienced purchasing agents, advisors and lawyers stated that they had never seen this before and strongly advised me NOT to sign, no matter how beautiful the property/deal may seem. Example: 'Death after purchase and before the delivery date or any other event personally affecting a party that would have caused them to refrain from the purchase, do not constitute a termination clause nor force majeure.' 2. After reaching an agreement on the price, my partner came in good faith from England to view the property, but she was denied access because she might not like the house. The seller thought that the deed of sale should be signed first, as I had ample opportunity to view the property (twice and a technical inspection where my partner could not attend due to her work and living in England). 3. The central heating boiler was advertised with a construction year of 2021, but during the technical inspection it turned out that the boiler had a construction year of 2007. When reporting this to the real estate agent, the answer was that the seller would not have known either and that it changes nothing about the deal. This has not been corrected in brochures/funda since then. 4. Repeatedly missing deadlines with regard to delivering the deed of sale and a real estate agent who on his own accord makes changes to the deed of sale without the agreement of the seller and sends them to me as the buyer.

We were completely relieved and had nothing to worry about. Even with the purchase, which wasn't through her, she helped us more than excellently and sorted things out for us. I rarely give a 10 in my life but given the circumstances and speed at which action had to be taken and the expertise, this time I will.

We had extensive contact with our broker Koen by phone and WhatsApp; he walked us through everything and pointed out various points that we (with our rose-tinted glasses) didn't see. It does cost something but the extra experience is more than worth it.

27 Dec 2024We had seen a house. Immediately made an appointment for a viewing. We couldn't be accommodated until 2 weeks later, which was perfectly fine. The day before the viewing, we were called (a voicemail message left) with the announcement that the viewing appointment would not take place because the seller had accepted an offer. It would have been nice and clever if the real estate agent had called us to let us know that someone had made an offer and whether we might be able to come by earlier (which we could). Our first experience with this realtor is bad.
