Ik heb zelf de rondleidingen gedaan jn mijn huis, maar de makelaar (Guido) heeft namens mij de onderhandelingen gedaan, dat werkte prima. Ook bij allerlei vragen en bij het kopen van een ander huis heeft hij mij advies gegeven. zeer laagdrempelig en prettig. En niet onbelangrijk: een heel ander financieel plaatje dan bij een regulier makelaar.
