VIND proactively contacted us when a place became available in a CPO project (after we were not selected for Heldersveld phase 1). As a result, we are now building our dream house. In addition, Noa took plenty of time to show us several homes before we made the final choice for the CPO project. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

The approach is cold, distant, and purely business-like – without any empathy or involvement. While buying or selling a home is precisely a moment where personal attention makes the difference.
