REACTIE VIJFVINKEL Firstly, with regard to the hole in the wall, I want to emphasize that the real estate agent initially called us requesting that we leave the hole as it was. This contrasts with the claim that the sellers reported that the hole could not be repaired in a timely manner. Secondly, regarding the full waste bins, it is important to mention that we were explicitly told that it was normal to leave them and that we should go to the landfill. This contradicts the claim that the office would not have said they found it 'normal'. Later there were indeed matters that, in my opinion, were not unforeseen but clear defects that were not reported. We were also right about this through our legal assistance. A fire in the meter cupboard because all the electrical wiring was not properly connected should surely be noticeable every time your circuit breaker trips. Respectful and transparent conduct are values we all strive for, and I believe that sketching a correct picture of a situation falls under this. Finally, I would like to say that I found it very unpleasant that after my review I was approached several times by the real estate agent both by telephone and via email (by tracing my personal data through their archive) to persuade me to remove or adjust my review in favor of Vijfvinkel. ORIGINAL REVIEW For the client they will certainly score well. But a little respect and humanity towards the buyer is lacking. One of many examples: This real estate agent finds it normal for the seller to leave 3 full containers of waste behind, which would not be emptied until after a month. Despite this being noted during the key handover, the real estate agent stuck to her position that we, as new residents, should dispose of the old residents' waste if we wanted space in the containers before our move. Frankly antisocial. In addition, the real estate agent also thought it was perfectly normal for the previous owners to leave a large hole in the wall for us, while this arose after signing the purchase agreement. For this reason alone I would personally never choose this real estate agent.

We naturally feel it's important to contact a buyer who is not happy and places such a review without discussing the dissatisfaction personally. This was appreciated and the buyer confirmed that we were not informed of defects that emerged later. The buyer then spontaneously said they would ‘adjust’ the review somewhat; we did not ask them to remove (or adjust) the review. Quite the opposite is true. After the phone call, we sent a confirmation of what was discussed including our statement that we would respond to the review to paint a clear picture. Of course, we have the contact details of our buyers. ______ Dear Lotte, following your words in this review, we had contact with each other. A year and a half ago, you purchased the property through our agency. Before the transfer, the sellers reported that a hole in the wall (due to a repair) could not be repaired in time. It was agreed that the sellers would resolve this. This was subsequently recorded in the inspection report and also carried out by the sellers. It is true that there has been contact regarding full waste bins. Unfortunately, this cannot always be avoided during a move. That we would find that ‘normal’ are not our words. You mention the above as one of many examples. Only now have we been told about unforeseen circumstances later on. We were not informed about these by you so we could not act where possible, very regrettable. Respectful and humane conduct are our core values; we therefore like to paint a fair picture of this situation.

The market is very uncertain and volatile as a starter and André's guidance in this regard is very good; he was involved, easily accessible, and also came up with the perfect assessment for the bid we had to make on the house we wanted. He indicated that with that bid we probably wouldn't be the highest bidders, but due to the other conditions, such as clearing out the house, the profile as starters etc., it might well be possible. We went along with this strategy, and it got us the house. What is also very nice is that you get the honest story; André is clear, straightforward, everything is negotiable. In short, top realtor, recommended!

We indicated that our house could be viewed the next day but otherwise everything could still be arranged through our real estate agent (Robbie). Two days later, our house had already been sold. Easy for Robbie, but a great relief for us. It saves us a lot of hassle and Robbie a mountain of work. This was also generously rewarded with a respectable discount on the commission and we were not liable for any administrative costs. Robbie, thank you very much! 06 May 2025Francis, Cilesta and the rest of the Nolten team really helped us excellently, both as a buyer's agent and as a seller's agent. As far as we are concerned, a real estate agency with a heart in the right place. No smooth talk but an honest story. When buying our dream house, Francis removed a lot of worries and unrest from us. In our case, we already had the house in mind ourselves, but because of the good connection at the beginning stage of selling, we also enlisted Francis for the purchase. We have not regretted that. Very pleasant collaboration, and after good preparation, we bid with confidence. Successfully! Francis is skilled, sincere, respectful to others and has a nice dose of humor. In the subsequent sale of our old house, the rest of the Nolten team came into the picture. Here we had a lot to do with Cilesta. She also brought a lot of peace, came up with good advice, arranged everything down to the last detail, that was really pleasant collaboration. The beautiful photo, video and 360-degree presentation of the house was taken care of by Yaron. We sold our house quickly and successfully. The only disadvantage I can think of is that their personal attention has to be divided among multiple clients due to the small team. They are always busy. That sometimes requires a little patience in communication. But despite that, we would choose Nolten again without hesitation. In short: recommended as far as we are concerned!
