Date unknownDisrespectful language on the phone. This broker (nick) also experiences calls from consumers. A call to ask for information is not applicable with this fine gentleman. Subsequently, I received the appraisal report neatly, but without an invoice to pay for the appraisal. I sent a quite decent email asking if they would send me an invoice so that I could pay the Appraiser/Broker on time. What kind of mail do I get back? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Tell the consumer all the details and not just the phrase 'it will be alright' then you wouldn't also receive 5 calls in 1 week next time. Regards 1 star for communication. 1 star for the behavior of the person concerned who is both an appraiser and NVM broker.

03 Jun 2025Since we are going to renovate our house, we needed an appraisal report. Within a week, Leander was already at our door for the appraisal. The contact was very pleasant and we even received some nice tips that we can really use. A day later, we already had the appraisal report in hand. Where you have to wait weeks with others, it is incredibly fast with Heutinck. However, there was something in the report about possible soil contamination which was incorrect. This was absolutely not the fault of Heutinck, but something that was wrong with the municipality. We then contacted Heutinck again and they corrected the appraisal report with supporting evidence. A few hours later we were able to receive the new report again. Truly top service!!!
