23 Jun 2021Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

23 Jun 2020Between 2010 and 2013 many brokers from the selling party were seen in a hunt for a beautiful house. In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

23 Jun 2020After a very nice and pleasant first contact, a second appointment was made where a plan would be drawn up. This appointment was cancelled due to illness (which is understandable). Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

They gave useful recommendations and came up with the sales strategy that ultimately led to us selling the apartment within a week of being listed on Funda. They arranged almost everything: they connected us with the decorator and photographer, chose a very attractive sales text and photos, advertised on social media before listing it on Funda to generate hype. The platform is also really clear. We always know what's going on at any time and what we need to do. It’s also very nice to see live updates when a viewing takes place, to get an idea of how potential buyers experience the apartment. Overall, we highly recommend Opendeur as your real estate agent. These professionals know what they are doing!

From scheduling viewings and maintaining contact with the selling party, to accompanying you to the property, providing advice on the bid, and the legal review of all documents up to and including completion at the notary's office. Paul and Michael helped me fantastically with that. From the first contact, it felt right: clear, professional and yet personal. They were literally available day and night for me and kept me constantly informed. Date unknownThe first acquaintance 2019 Appointment for viewing. Waited over 30 minutes. While we were called there. We didn't have an appointment scheduled. Strange because we did receive confirmation emails. The second acquaintance 2022 Viewing request via Funda. Due to circumstances, we don’t want telephone contact. Yet, we are still called. We indicated wanting email contact. Afterwards, a lot of emails were received with reminders from move.NL while we hadn't even been there yet. Also, the email communication with them didn’t go smoothly. The third acquaintance. 2022 Wanting to make an appointment again. Same song and dance. First by phone, which is what we didn’t want. Then all sorts of reminders from move.NL that we DO NOT want or ask for. After the second contact, they clearly didn't grasp the message. We informed them that we would wait with the decision. As a reaction, they said the house was sold. Fine. Still, afterwards another reminder came to react via Move.NL Why were our details entered anyway without permission? Unfortunately, we ourselves were about 8 minutes late for the last appointment. We were very annoyed by this because now they can point the finger at us that we are doing something wrong. Houses for sale at Reinders…. We certainly have extra doubts about a potential purchase. Strength to real estate agent Reinders. After I posted this review, Mr J Reinders tried to call us. Since we are simply working, we didn't answer the phone. Immediately afterwards, I saw an email arrive. Short and sweet. The gentleman wanted to talk. That can......an email was sent back that evening when I am reachable at work. Exactly at that time we met each other. We both told our story. I tried to make clear that the amount of info is enormous even for a simple appointment, and that we don't feel comfortable. The barrier isn’t gone with us, but Mr. J Reinders did ask us to respond to an interesting offer. Mr. J Reinders would then personally ensure a good approach. That certainly adorns the entrepreneur.
