She was always present at the evening lessons and, when necessary, braved the 2.5-hour commute for them. 04 Sep 2024You can expect a realistic view of the housing market and practical advice from Jannie Keizer and her colleagues. Like a tiger, Jannie strives to get the best out of a sale. The nice thing is that there are no barriers to asking or submitting anything to Jannie or the employees. A downside was that some appointments, such as callbacks, sometimes got lost in translation, but it was also a hectic time, because our house was sold within 14 days.

22 Aug 2025As a potential buyer, it is very difficult to get a viewing. I was not called back about this initially, as promised. Had to call again myself and then they said they were fully booked. Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I am still indebted to him for this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital affairs and social media, which led to postponement after postponement. But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a well-deserved (!) good review. Here it is then: Snoek delivers what others cannot, he keeps his appointment, and knows how to balance in everyone's favor. An honest business! Therefore; I would do it again without hesitation. 22 Jun 2025As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.

11 Sep 2025Called this realtor multiple times for a viewing In this case, it couldn't be earlier because the realtor wants to do the viewings themselves and was on vacation. So only able to plan something for September 2nd. Then you get canceled because the property is already sold. Very strange. You are put on another schedule and then they shut you down. You don't even get a chance to make an offer while you wanted to set up an appointment on the day of publicity! In short!? Scammers. Selling quickly is nice but you don't even get a fair chance to make an offer! Everything revolves around making quick money.

We came into contact with Jorrin Mulder of KIEN neighborhood real estate agent via an online request, and honestly, I was initially somewhat skeptical. My preference initially went to a well-known realtor from Oosterwolde. But because the appointment had already been scheduled, we decided to have the meeting anyway - and I haven't regretted it for a moment. From the first conversation, Jorrin immediately inspired confidence. He comes across as very professional, is clearly incredibly experienced and has genuine passion for his profession. His approach is personal, clear and no-nonsense. No smooth sales pitches, but simply honest advice and clear explanation of the sales strategy. Within no time, our home was professionally online thanks to an excellent photographer who KIEN engaged. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. And the result? Within two weeks, our house was sold for a beautiful amount that we are incredibly happy with! Throughout the entire process, Jorrin was always accessible and kept us well informed. Date unknownUnreliable, trained with the seller to sign the contract after verbal agreement. It had to be sent back and forth several times. The purchase agreement was almost not properly drawn up, missing signatures, there was always something wrong, it took many weeks. What turned out was that a higher bidder could snatch it away. Sour and not NVM-worthy. 06-08-2024. The response below is typical of the above story: We did not give permission for our data to be shared. Also, essential information is missing from this story. We have no interest in expressing all of this on Google.

Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that your esteemed purchase did not proceed as desired. To our dismay and with some astonishment, we have become aware of your experience and perception of your intended purchase. You can therefore conclude from this that we experienced the situation differently and would therefore like to explain our side of the story to you personally. Through a detailed separate letter, we provide you with a chronology of our experience in this matter, hoping that your feelings will be positively adjusted after reading it. Our response includes several essential aspects, such as your negotiation attempts after reaching a verbal agreement, your prolonged waiting attitude after we had implemented the changes you requested in the purchase agreement and offered the purchase agreement for signature, our unanswered contact attempts and the unnecessarily long stagnation of the sales process. Since the selling party did not yet have your signatures on the purchase agreement, they formally had no buyers for their home! Our usual procedure is that the selling party only signs the purchase agreement once the buying party has signed it and returned it to us. Therefore, the selling party was also unable to sign the purchase agreement, so they were also formally completely free to deal with other interested parties. The fact that they waited relatively long and gave you several opportunities to sign the purchase agreement is something we highly appreciate. In addition, your offer was a considerable €25,000,- less. Unfortunately, your attitude during this period has clearly left its mark on the entire process. You initially stated that you could act concretely and quickly, but in practice this turned out to be completely different. In our opinion, you gave us ample opportunity (i.e., approximately one month) to sign the purchase agreement, but this action was repeatedly missed. Even after we had contacted your purchasing agent several times, the purchase agreement was not signed by you. Furthermore, we honored your request to modify your suspensive conditions and addressed your remaining questions and concerns. Despite all the time we gave you, no action was taken by you and your purchasing agent, and it was not signed again and again. Even knowing that a significantly higher offer had been placed on the property by other interested parties. If you enjoy the full guidance of an experienced purchasing agent, one would expect decisive and thorough action. Unfortunately, this was not the case in your situation. Moreover, the selling party is our client and we always protect the interests of our client. Of course, we assume an advisory role and have advised several times during this sales process. You can reasonably interpret our advice to the selling party from the above text. Finally, we would like to emphasize that the selling party independently made the decision to sell the property to another party. Apart from our experience regarding your manner of communication and action, the selling party anticipated your actions and we had no say in this. However, this negative outcome for you is not part of our usual procedure. We place great importance on trust and are fully committed to guiding a transaction successfully. It was never our intention to give you a negative feeling. We hope that this provides you with some explanation of the actual course of events. You are welcome to contact us again.
