She was always present at the evening lessons and, when necessary, braved the 2.5-hour commute for them. 04 Sep 2024You can expect a realistic view of the housing market and practical advice from Jannie Keizer and her colleagues. Like a tiger, Jannie strives to get the best out of a sale. The nice thing is that there are no barriers to asking or submitting anything to Jannie or the employees. A downside was that some appointments, such as callbacks, sometimes got lost in translation, but it was also a hectic time, because our house was sold within 14 days.

22 Aug 2025As a potential buyer, it is very difficult to get a viewing. I was not called back about this initially, as promised. Had to call again myself and then they said they were fully booked. Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I am still indebted to him for this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital affairs and social media, which led to postponement after postponement. But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a well-deserved (!) good review. Here it is then: Snoek delivers what others cannot, he keeps his appointment, and knows how to balance in everyone's favor. An honest business! Therefore; I would do it again without hesitation. 22 Jun 2025As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.

05 Sep 2025Called this realtor multiple times for a viewing In this case, it couldn't be earlier because the realtor wants to do the viewings themselves and was on vacation. So only able to plan something for September 2nd. Then you get canceled because the property is already sold. Very strange. You are put on another schedule and then they shut you down. You don't even get a chance to make an offer while you wanted to set up an appointment on the day of publicity! In short!? Scammers. Selling quickly is nice but you don't even get a fair chance to make an offer! Everything revolves around making quick money.
