21 May 2024It concerned a recreational property with the obligation of another year's rental. To our surprise, and also that of the real estate agent, the banks therefore only wanted to grant a low mortgage. Apparently, they cannot distinguish between a rented property and a holiday home that is rented out periodically. As a result, many potential buyers had to drop out, which naturally influenced the final price.

Another project was recommended, and I would also receive information about that. Now 10 days later, still received nothing. When you call, you constantly get the message that brokers are busy on the phone. I'm fed up with this, this is not a serious company. Update: Thursday, June 3, 2021. The owner has posted the response below. Thinks he’s serious. Nothing could be further from the truth; he claims to have spoken to me on the phone just now. That's not the case, so he's also a liar.

Apologies for this miscommunication.

Then a photographer was quickly arranged to photograph the property. Within a week, the property was up for sale and then there was already quick interest from various people. And the property was sold within 3 weeks.
