Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

We have previously used De Makelaar in Borne twice before, and were very satisfied, so naturally we came back to Marloes. A wonderful, expert and professional real estate agent who is very involved in assisting sellers/buyers. Nothing is too much for Marloes, who together with Patrick, Lisanne and recently Barbera, form a top team. Marloes advised us to first clear the house before selling, so you can see how beautiful the rooms of the house were. Thanks to the fantastic photos and film from her trusted photographer Karin, buyers got a nice impression of the house. And that resulted in a very quick sale of the property. The first impression was immediately good and that feeling was only reinforced during the sales process. Jan is clear in his communication, easily accessible, and open to suggestions. My questions were answered with good justification. Knowledge of the subject matter, well-groomed, correct, and reliable are words that come to mind when I think back on our collaboration. We made clear agreements based on a step-by-step plan, which Jan followed meticulously. This is how Jan works together with a stylist and photographer to prepare the house for sale. This resulted in a fantastic photo reportage. I was very impressed, and that says a lot! The team at the office supporting the process also deserves a compliment: my phone calls were answered neatly and things were handled quickly and resolved here as well. All questions were answered in no time, by email or app. Nothing was too much to ask, which was very nice because this was all new to us.
