21 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. I personally conducted the viewings in my house, but the real estate agent (Guido) negotiated on my behalf, which worked perfectly. He also gave me advice when I had various questions and when buying another house. Very accessible and pleasant. And not unimportant: a completely different financial picture than with a regular real estate agent.

19 Apr 2025Less experience gained, which we did not expect. A broker who was not well informed, e.g., about the used materials and walked quickly through the house. After offering the asking price on the same day of viewing, we had to call ourselves the next day to hear what the sellers' reaction was, despite a promise to hear back quickly. We are increasingly developing an aversion to this apparent arrogance in real estate brokerage during these 'fat' times for the offices, but come on, standards of decency are timeless. See this as a refresher for the broker involved. Additional April 2, 2025: Following the reaction below from the broker, who said he 'did not recognize himself' in our experience and requested contact........well then you would naturally expect a response to our extensive email....which was therefore absent. So how seriously should one take the account of this broker stated below......?! Communication as far as we are concerned is severely insufficient.
