Reachability was high, the possibility of consultation was always available. Thanks to the online file, as a seller you stay informed about the viewings. Nikki knows how things work, is not discouraged by arguments from prospective buyers, and knows what she stands for: the best possible selling price for her client. Our sales process went smoothly and the house has generated sufficient viewings from which a sale originated. 04 Jul 2025Nikki helped us in a special way. Where we had more or less given up hope of ever finding our dream house again, thanks to Nikki's attentiveness, our wish has come true. Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). Our hearts started beating faster; this was the house we had viewed in April 2024 during an Open House Day! Due to circumstances, we did not take action then, but the house made a deep impression on us. Unfortunately, after-sales service regarding hidden defects has fallen short and there was no response, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth. My house was beautifully presented on funda thanks to a good photoshoot. I personally conducted the viewings in my house, but the real estate agent (Guido) negotiated on my behalf, which worked perfectly. He also gave me advice when I had various questions and when buying another house. Very accessible and pleasant. And not unimportant: a completely different financial picture than with a regular real estate agent.

The valuation report contained verifiable errors (confirmed by another valuer) and after reporting nothing was done about it. This has led to a feeling of being slighted and strengthened my suspicion that there was bias involved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this real estate agent. Considering taking further steps in this matter.
