29 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. I can recommend Woonhart to everyone. Hans, and Twan, thank you so much!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

From the first contact to the end, they guide you through everything, they are very involved and helpful. 06 Jan 2025After moving abroad, we still needed a real estate agent for the sale of my deceased brother's house. Because Digimakelaars helped us excellently last time, I chose them without hesitation again, didn't even approach anyone else. Despite having to ask much more support from them this time, I was pleasantly surprised again. Everything was arranged perfectly and I actually didn't have to worry about anything. Handled everything in detail in the pleasant way that I remembered from last time. As far as I am concerned, I can still wholeheartedly recommend Digimakelaars. The sale of your house is well taken care of and at a very reasonable price. Conclusion: a solid 10+!

06 Nov 2024I tried to sell my house through Digimakelaars. At the beginning of our collaboration, I informed them about a problem I had with my neighbor, and I received assurance that it would not be an issue. However, during the first visit by potential buyers, my neighbor got into conversation with the realtor. As a result, they decided to terminate our cooperation immediately. Nevertheless, I have not received a refund of over € 700,- that I paid for the photography services. I do not recommend them; they are incompetent, unreliable and dishonest!

Beste Bartosz, we hebben het over een situatie die zich heeft voorgedaan in maart 2023, ruim anderhalf jaar geleden. Het was een bedreigende situatie. Het probleem was groter dan alleen een probleem met de buurman. Wij zijn hierover niet duidelijk geïnformeerd door u als opdrachtgever. De buurman bleek agressief te zijn, bedreigde mijn medewerker en we hebben er zelfs de politie op aangesproken. Om veiligheidsredenen hebben we de opdracht stopgezet. In antwoord op uw vraag over de vergoeding van de opstartkosten hebben wij u uitgelegd dat dit kosten van derden zijn die wij in dit soort gevallen mogen doorberekenen aan onze opdrachtgevers. Wij hebben aangeboden het geproduceerde marketingmateriaal aan u ter beschikking te stellen, maar dit aanbod is niet geaccepteerd. Na deze uitleg bent u naar ons kantoor gekomen om de sleutels op te halen en heeft u dit onderwerp niet meer besproken, waardoor wij ervan uitgingen dat onze uitleg werd geaccepteerd. Wij vinden het jammer dat we dit nu na 1,5 jaar terug zien in Google reviews. Als u er verder over wilt praten, staan wij altijd open voor een gesprek.

06 Jul 2024We are renting a house through Vesteda. The houses are now being offered for sale. This seems like a nice, good story with it, but then the offer is significantly higher than the official appraisal for market value. Previously, it was said that the house would be offered at a 'better price' (or with another resident 'casco') than normal on the market. Unfortunately, this is not correct. It’s still strange that a real estate agent states upfront that they have never sold a house in this area and then doesn’t go along with an appraisal from a real estate agent from around here.... For people in Rhenen who are in the same situation or will be getting it offered, keep in mind that the appraisal will be lower than the bid and you will therefore need to have quite a bit of your own money. Really a shame since we really wanted to buy it but the pitch was nicer than reality.

26 Aug 2024During our search for a home, we viewed a property that was for sale with Illze real estate agency. The way we were received and informed during this viewing really appealed to us. This house didn't become it because it did not meet our wishes, but we experienced the contact with Ilse as very pleasant. Because of this, at a later time we approached Ilse again to help us find a home as a buyer's agent. Both Ilse and Patrick informed us well and responded quickly, for example via the group app that was created for us. Ultimately, we chose a new build outside the working area of Illze real estate agency, but despite this, we can certainly recommend the services of Ilse and Patrick!
