Someone who knows her portfolio, still really makes an effort to bring her offer to the right people's attention, communicates clearly, keeps appointments, does business with the right partners and takes those extra steps that I don't see with other real estate agents. 28 Jan 2025I bought my house, sold by Wijman & Jansen Era. I had problems with my new house. There were mouse droppings and mouse traps under and above the kitchen cabinets. This mouse problem is not mentioned in the building plans. During a viewing, I already asked Roel if there were mouse problems in the property history, but he told me nothing about it. After I moved in, I found mouse droppings and mouse traps. I contacted the seller and she admitted that she had earlier had problems with mice. I have also contacted the selling real estate agent. The seller takes no responsibility for this situation. I advise nobody to buy a house from this company. They gave me incorrect information about the house and no one takes responsibility for my problem. If you buy a house from this company, think twice. They do not give correct information.
