03 Jan 2025I bought my house, sold by Wijman & Jansen Era. I had problems with my new house. There were mouse droppings and mouse traps under and above the kitchen cabinets. This mouse problem is not mentioned in the building plans. During a viewing, I already asked Roel if there were mouse problems in the property history, but he told me nothing about it. After I moved in, I found mouse droppings and mouse traps. I contacted the seller and she admitted that she had earlier had problems with mice. I have also contacted the selling real estate agent. The seller takes no responsibility for this situation. I advise nobody to buy a house from this company. They gave me incorrect information about the house and no one takes responsibility for my problem. If you buy a house from this company, think twice. They do not give correct information.
