A strong point was the clear and concise way of explaining what all is involved in the sale, how the approach is. The statistics she could present about the number of home seekers looking for a specific type of property. And how things went with certain properties regarding the selling price. Very skilled. I did not expect the beautiful brochure and business card to be so nice and complete. Likewise, the extensive advertisement on funda, with the 360-degree photos and an eye-catching video. Then finally, the contact with the other employees of the office, personal and enthusiastic. Actually, nothing is too much for them. What's a shame is that above each star there should still be a crown.

16 Dec 2024I bought my house which was sold by Wijman & Jansen Era. I had a problem in my new house. There were mouse droppings and traps under and above the kitchen cabinets. This mouse problem is not mentioned on the property documents. During the viewing of the house, I already asked Roel if there was a history of mice problems in the house, but he said nothing to me. After I moved in, I found mouse droppings and traps. I contacted the seller and she admitted that she had previously had a mouse problem. I also contacted the real estate agent. The seller accepts no responsibility for this situation. I would not recommend anyone to buy a house from this company. They gave me incorrect information about the house and nobody takes responsibility for my problem. If you buy a house from this company, think carefully. They do not provide correct information.

Dennis is honest about what he says, very reasonable, approachable and a very pleasant person to work with. The other employees at the office are also pleasant. They keep appointments, explain everything well if you have questions and are very customer-friendly. In short, I am more than satisfied with Wijman & Jansen.

16 Aug 2016In 2009 I sold my apartment through Roel. At the time, very satisfied with the service. Now 7 years later it's again time for a new step and because of good experiences in the past, I contacted Roel again. Again really a top experience. He is always easy to reach, listens well and takes the time to explain everything properly. The sales proceeds were considerably higher than I had expected and the guidance during the entire process was excellent.
