We had contact three times regarding the purchase of a property. During these contacts, it was repeatedly stated that we 'would have to overbid' and that we 'should consider' the asking price as a starting price. When many people are interested in a property and hear this message multiple times, you naturally know what will happen. A sad state of affairs.

From the first contact to the broader acquaintance, they supported us in our search. Although we mainly used Funda. During the first viewing and consideration of making an offer, Patrick gave us the necessary mirrors to make sure we made a realistic offer and didn't dream too much. For a second property, which they had already advised us on during the process, the mirroring went exactly like with the first one. Well-considered, we then made a realistic offer and this turned out to be the right offer. Throughout the entire process, Karin and Patrick supported us well, from searching for an appraisal agent to going through all documents up to accompanying us to the notary. For everyone looking for a real estate agency with a personal approach, and delicious Madeleine's, Vendôme Real Estate is a recommendation.

For me it was very pleasant that there was always, at any time of the day, a possibility to chat via app. Patrick reacts quickly and acts attentively, alertly and accurately, both during the searching and viewing, as well as during the bidding process, when quick and resolute action is especially important. 28 Aug 2025Kuiper real estate agency guided me well in making choices about what improvements to make to the property in relation to the selling price a) what do I do with the floors b) what am I going to paint c) what do I do with the kitchen d) styling of the interior, this has yielded more than we had expected beforehand. The sale was completed within a few weeks. I can recommend it to everyone. Good communication and understanding of the matter and professional handling.
