04 Sep 2025Jillis Baggerman is a worthless realtor. Integrity is nowhere to be found. Some time ago, we overbid on a house by 105,000 euros, and this realtor refused to pass this on to the seller because eerlijk bieden.nl would be used. A realtor is obliged to pass on EVERY bid. Furthermore, there are now all sorts of defects in the property that he should have reported, but he did not properly inspect the house and did not visit certain rooms, according to him, because things were in the way. So, in other words, this realtor sells a car but isn't sure if it has an engine. We tried to have a conversation with him, but he only comes up with accusations and, even worse, doesn’t have the decency to let you finish speaking. This realtor stated that he would prefer to go to court than we will sort it out. Are there more people with negative experiences with this realtor? I urge you to report here so we can take action together.

Initially, we found a house ourselves, engaged Patrick as a purchasing agent, and immediately had a positive result. We ultimately decided to back out after much deliberation, for which the real estate agent showed full understanding. Afterwards, an official search request was placed, which proved to be a challenge because it wasn't entirely clear to us what scenario we wanted, and where. What found houses sometimes stood in the way of the result as well. We weren’t 'easy' / straightforward, so to speak. Always pleasant contact, highly appreciated.
