Patrick has a lot of building knowledge, which was very useful in terms of extra information during viewings. Initially, we found a house ourselves, engaged Patrick as a purchasing agent, and immediately had a positive result. We ultimately decided to back out after much deliberation, for which the real estate agent showed full understanding. Afterwards, an official search request was placed, which proved to be a challenge because it wasn't entirely clear to us what scenario we wanted, and where. What found houses sometimes stood in the way of the result as well. We weren’t 'easy' / straightforward, so to speak. Always pleasant contact, highly appreciated. Ultimately, we did find a beautiful place, viewed it, and made an offer. Exactly right: it was bingo. Thank you Patrick, Marjorie and Jurgen! We certainly recommend you!

17 May 2025After trying to find a house on this housing market for a year alone, we met Hendrik during a viewing. After we told them how long we had been searching, they offered us help, with almost immediate success!!
