There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

She works with a good photographer who took plenty of time for the photos, from which a beautiful brochure was created. Mirjam is also accessible outside office hours. She personally conducts the viewings. All interested parties could view the house during the day or in the evening; the days and times were always coordinated with me. Mirjam works for a very competitive rate and sold the house within a week. An absolute recommendation.

Within 1 week the appointment was made, the physical appraisal was carried out by appraisers Van de Fliert and Malestein, and I already had the appraisal report. Very smooth therefore and the report was professionally prepared. The personal contact during the appraisal and afterwards was also very pleasant. And the price is also competitive/market conform, so I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
