There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

We tekenden dan ook een aankoopbelofte onder voorbehoud. Fabian was steeds gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor verdere telefonische inlichtingen en een nieuwe afspraak. Uiteindelijk hebben wij - wegens privéredenen - een ontbinding van de aankoopbelofte gevraagd. Aangezien wij dit binnen de termijn van voorbehoud deden, was dit kosteloos voor ons. Spijtig genoeg dus geen vakantiewoning voor ons, maar de samenwerking met Select Vakantievastgoed blijft voor ons een positieve ervaring.

Within 1 week the appointment was made, the physical appraisal was carried out by appraisers Van de Fliert and Malestein, and I already had the appraisal report.
