13 Feb 2025In our search for a new home, I have used Grotenhuis Makelaardij several times as a buyer's agent. Where they primarily distinguish themselves is that, in addition to guidance throughout the entire purchasing process, they also work on a basis of modular services. Ideal in our situation because within a short timeframe we had to find a property and were not bound to the specific working area of the real estate agent. We have now purchased our dream home, a property that unfortunately fell outside the working area of Grotenhuis Makelaardij. That does not diminish the fact that we are enormously grateful to Fabian for the knowledge we gained thanks to him (such as what we should pay attention to when purchasing a home and what a very well-finished property is approximately worth in the current housing market). I am convinced that this would not have succeeded for me otherwise (yet) without this knowledge. In the future, there will certainly be a moment when we return to this area; Grotenhuis Makelaardij will then absolutely be the first real estate agent I involve in my search. Fabian, thank you again for everything you were able to mean to us! You are an excellent real estate agent with enormous knowledge, which together with your always friendly and positive demeanor distinguishes you as a professional within your field and as a real estate agent within the area.

They gave useful recommendations and came up with the sales strategy that ultimately led to us selling the apartment within a week of being listed on Funda. They arranged almost everything: they connected us with the decorator and photographer, chose a very attractive sales text and photos, advertised on social media before listing it on Funda to generate hype. The platform is also really clear. We always know what's going on at any time and what we need to do. It’s also very nice to see live updates when a viewing takes place, to get an idea of how potential buyers experience the apartment. Overall, we highly recommend Opendeur as your real estate agent. These professionals know what they are doing!

Er werd vermeld dat CV eigenaar was van 2017, maar deze stamt uit 2013 en werkt nu zelfs. Overal verborgen lekkages.. en nog veel meer problemen.. alles was al verschenen in de eerste week dat ik het huis in bezit had. Jose zegt: "De voormalige eigenaar wil het eigendom niet overnemen". Het is totaal niet professioneel en vol oplichting. Ik hoop dat je stopt met het voor de gek houden van mensen of een oplossing vindt voor oplichters..
