We had contact three times regarding the purchase of a property. During these contacts, it was repeatedly stated that we 'would have to overbid' and that we 'should consider' the asking price as a starting price. When many people are interested in a property and hear this message multiple times, you naturally know what will happen. A sad state of affairs.

Throughout the entire process, Karin and Patrick supported us well, from searching for an appraisal agent to going through all documents up to accompanying us to the notary.
