Our experience with Verdôme Makelaardij Ede is very positive. From the moment we chose to have them sell our house, they were ready for us. They were very helpful throughout the process. Patrick and Karin are very knowledgeable about the area and what to look out for when viewing a house. We had absolutely no intention of moving! We were curious to see what our house would fetch in the current market. Jan ten Donkelaar came by informally to give us the relieving answer. This made us start thinking, and 3 weeks later we had bought a different property. That's how quickly it can go. With a select number of viewings (very pleasant), we found a buyer with a nice offer and good conditions within 2 weeks. During the ‘appraisal’, we noticed that Jan is honest and down-to-earth, with a good sense of humor. He gave us confidence that he could sell our property in a good way. And he exceeded that expectation! Jan knows what he’s talking about, skillfully addresses any resistance from potential buyers, and always gave us sound advice on important decisions. In short: we are completely happy ☺

What a relief it was to sell our house together with VC real estate agents! The communication flowed very smoothly and we received good advice which ensured that the process ran seamlessly and quickly. Real estate agent Gert was involved, we had short lines of communication and were well guided through the process. The viewings were scheduled one after another in a single afternoon, making it minimal effort for us to have the house in order. And with success: sold! Engaging VC as a real estate agent is recommended: good price-quality ratio, professional, correct market knowledge and friendly employees.
