Ik sluit me aan bij de review van Mehmet: mooie praatjes, maar geen fatsoenlijke werkwijze. Mijn ervaring met Joep is helaas erg negatief. Tijdens het traject leek alles duidelijk, maar op het moment dat de diensten niet meer nodig waren voor de verkoop van mijn woning, veranderde de situatie. Na het ondertekenen van de opdracht heb ik binnen de wettelijke termijn gebruikgemaakt van mijn herroepingsrecht. Over de financiële afhandeling hiervan ontstond vervolgens een verschil van inzicht. Na het betalen van de opstartkosten voor onder andere de brochure, werd er aanspraak gemaakt op courtage, terwijl er geen daadwerkelijke verkoopactiviteiten hadden plaatsgevonden (zoals plaatsing op Funda en het realiseren van een koopovereenkomst). Het komen tot een oplossing bleek lastig. De communicatie verliep in de praktijk voornamelijk via het kantoor in plaats van direct met de makelaar zelf, wat het moeilijk maakte om snel en inhoudelijk tot afstemming te komen. Een oplossing bleef daardoor uit. Joep heeft mij nooit persoonlijk benaderd om tot een oplossing te komen; alle communicatie verliep schriftelijk, met verwijzing naar juridische termen en het betalen van de factuur. Uiteindelijk heb ik zelf juridische ondersteuning moeten inschakelen en ben ik verder gegaan met een andere makelaar. Via een advocaat is de kwestie uiteindelijk opgelost en afgerond, met de kanttekening dat Joep zich niet kon vinden in de punten van de advocaat en van mening was dat hij niet onjuist of onzorgvuldig had gehandeld. Al met al een traject dat onnodig stressvol en tijdrovend is geweest. Voor mij is duidelijk geworden dat Joep inderdaad kiest voor het snelle gewin boven eerlijke en betrouwbare dienstverlening.

Wij hebben voor u al de benodigde zaken gemaakt en aangeleverd, een video, de brochure, de foto’s etcetera, alles stond gereed om online gepubliceerd te worden. U heeft ons toen verzocht daar even mee te wachten, echter hadden wij u alle zaken aangeleverd, u bent met de door ons opgestelde presentatie zelf het internet opgegaan en op basis daarvan heeft iemand zich gemeld. U heet toen de opdracht ingetrokken omdat u vond dat u ons niet meer nodig had, u had inmiddels al ‘misbruik’ gemaakt van ons vertrouwen en dienstverlening. In de overeenkomst staat dat u courtage verschuldigd bent als de dienstverlening geleverd wordt, dat is in deze miz het geval, wij hebben u aangeboden om de zaken voor u af te wikkelen, maar dat was niet nodig. U heet een andere makelaar de koopakte op laten stellen om zo onder onze dienstverlening uit te komen. U heeft ons geen euro betaald naast de opstartkosten, die de gemaakte kosten niet eens dekken. Een rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld om uw standpunt kracht bij te zetten, ik had u ingeschat als een integer persoon, niets bleek minder waar te zijn. Jammer maar ook dit is een les voor ons, niet te goed van vertrouwen te zijn. Ons bord stond bij u in de tuin, dat heeft u verwijdert en ergens in de wijk neergelegd waarop dat bord uiteindelijk verdwenen is. Wij hebben u nooit iets misdaan en alle zaken voor u correct opgesteld en als zodanig gehandeld, de brochure, video etc alles op afspraak gereed zoals van te voren besproken. Als iemand een partij benadeeld heeft dan bent u dat, en dan ook nog zo’n review achter laten die niet juist is om ons in een kwaad daglicht te zetten. Ongekend
