I am normally not someone who quickly writes a bad review. I also don't believe in unnecessarily bringing others down. But my experience with DOEN NVM Makelaars I would not wish on anyone, and therefore I want to warn future customers. At the key handover (27 June 2025) I did not receive a mailbox key. Now, months later, I still have no key and therefore no access to my own post. The private storage was not emptied nor made accessible. The bathroom and toilet were presented as “new” and “move-in ready”, but turned out to be lacking and had to be completely renovated. The real estate agent (Ingrid de Groot) advised against a structural inspection and then stopped responding. When I made a business settlement proposal, their representative (Paul Rats) even called it “extortion”. I have therefore suffered considerable damage and my complaint is now with the Geschillencommissie Vastgoedprofessionals. My advice: choose another office.

I was present at my brother's viewing of his house. Real estate agent Ingrid de Groot said then that a structural inspection was not necessary. Afterwards, the bathroom and toilet were found to be seriously defective. My brother is deaf and needed clear written communication, but Ingrid repeatedly addressed me instead of him.
