I would like to share my experience with Zuidstad Makelaars. Unfortunately, this experience has been anything but positive. To begin with, a serious mistake was made in my purchase agreement. The original asking price was mentioned in the contract instead of the amount I had offered. This agreement had already been signed by both parties. However, on site it turned out that the real estate agent did not know which shed was mine, something I find very strange for a real estate agent. He then tried all the doors with the available keys, but none of the keys worked. Therefore, another key had to be made. Only the day after was there finally a correct key for the shed. As a "good makertje" I received a chocolate bar, which apparently is standard. My advice: look for another real estate agent.
