Graag wil ik mijn ervaring delen met Zuidstad Makelaars. Helaas is deze ervaring allesbehalve positief geweest. Om te beginnen is er bij mijn koopovereenkomst een grove fout gemaakt. In het contract stond namelijk het oorspronkelijke vraagbedrag vermeld in plaats van het bedrag dat ik had geboden. Deze overeenkomst was al door beide partijen ondertekend. Uiteindelijk ben ik hier zelf achter gekomen en heb ik dit eerlijk bij hen aangegeven, omdat eerlijkheid voor mij voorop staat. Het ging om een verschil van €8.000. Ondanks deze grote fout heb ik geen enkele vorm van excuses of tegemoetkoming ontvangen. Daarnaast heb ik het huis nogmaals bezichtigd en daarbij werd vermeld dat er een schuurtje bij hoorde. Er was echter geen sleutel beschikbaar. De makelaar beloofde dat dit vóór het tekenen, tijdens de inspectie, geregeld zou zijn. Op de dag van ondertekening een moment waar je als 21-jarige lang naar uitkijkt heb ik zelf gevraagd of de sleutel inmiddels geregeld was. Fieke gaf aan dat de verkoper had geprobeerd contact op te nemen met de buren, maar dat dit niet gelukt was en dat er dus geen sleutel was. Met andere woorden: geen sleutel en zelfs geen duidelijkheid waar mijn schuur zich bevond. Als ik hier zelf niet alert op was geweest, was dit blijkbaar mijn eigen probleem geweest. Fieke zou mij terugbellen met een oplossing. Ondertussen was ik al onderweg naar de notaris, die ook aangaf dat ik niet moest tekenen als er zaken niet klopten. Daarom heb ik de ondertekening uitgesteld. Aan het einde van de middag werd ik door Fieke gebeld met de boodschap dat ze “nu de sleutels wilde” en zei dat we op deze manier ver van huis zijn. De toon waarop dit gebeurde was allesbehalve prettig, terwijl de fouten bij hen lagen. Uiteindelijk is er via een buurman een nieuwe sleutel geregeld en kon de inspectie diezelfde middag alsnog plaatsvinden. Ter plaatse bleek echter dat de makelaar niet wist welke schuur van mij was iets wat ik erg vreemd vind voor een makelaar. Hij probeerde vervolgens alle deuren met de beschikbare sleutels, maar geen enkele sleutel paste. Er moest dus opnieuw een sleutel worden bijgemaakt. Pas de dag erna was er eindelijk een juiste sleutel voor de schuur. Als “goedmakertje” kreeg ik een chocolaatje, wat blijkbaar standaard is. Mijn advies: zoek een andere makelaar. Deze partij werkt slordig, communiceert slecht en neemt klanten niet serieus.

Ik heb de samenwerken voor het verkopen van mijn appartement als heel fijn ervaren. Vooral de eerlijk- en openheid mbt het verkoop proces heb ik erg gewaardeerd. Daarnaast de directe communicatie tot de makelaar en ook haar collegas heb ik als goed ervaren. Het was voor mij een stressvolle periode en Zuidstad Makelaars heeft er toch voor gezorgd dat het verkopen van mijn appartement als 'smooth' is ervaren. Ze hebben ook veel algemene ervaring en ervaring in de wijk/buurt waar ik mijn appartement verkocht heb (Rotterdam Zuid/Slinge) waardoor we een goede vraagprijs konden opstellen. Ik zou ze aanbevelen aan vrienden/familie/kennisen.
